We have partnered with a community resident to restore an historic building on his property.  Our work includes sourcing restoration cost estimates, applying for Historical Rehabilitation Tax Credits, securing funding, and archival research on the property for its nomination to the National Register of Historic Places.  At the owner's request, details are being withheld while the project is in process.
